2025 CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

THINGS TO REMEMBER

Thank you for registering for MAGDA’s Annual Membership Meeting & Booking Conference. We are excited to spend time together at Chico! MAGDA’s conference is about connecting with like-minded professionals working throughout the Northwest region. We provide relevant content you can implement into your daily work life while introducing you to the most important resource of all, a network of peers. This is not your average learned affair. This event will be a respite from your routine, a chance to rejuvenate your passions, feel welcome and heard, gain a new perspective, and have fun! We look forward to sharing this with you. – Alissa Kost, Executive Director

WHAT INDIVIDUALS SHOULD BRING:
  • BUSINESS CARDS – For post-conference recall.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL MARKETING MATERIALS – I.E., Stickers, postcards, catalogs, t-shirts, posters, etc. We have tables full of loot for others to take back to their institutions as inspiration and to promote their fellow nonprofits!
  • NOTEBOOK AND/ OR LAPTOP – just common conference wares.
  • DONATION FOR SILENT AUCTION – MAGDA’s silent auction has been one of the most exciting parts of our conference! Participants bring hand-made, unique items from work or home including artworks of your own making, artworks from your personal collection, or from your organization’s gift shop or collection, art books, jewelry, home goods, or other inspired items! Bidding starts low, so leave your prized pieces at home. The buyers are fellow nonprofit professionals after all!

Feel free to utilize your downtime before/ after the conference to enjoy what the area has to offer. Oh, did I mention the after-hours shuffleboard tournament in the Saloon?
